Thank you for your interest in COSM 2026!

Proceed through each section of the exhibit application by choosing Next or clicking on the icon above. The process includes the following sections:

1. Select Package – Choose your level of exhibiting between Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. Non-profit rate is available for organizations with pre-approval. Contact us at cosm@affinity-strategies.com to confim your eligibility.
2. Select Booth – Choose your booth location. Silver, Gold, and Platinum Levels include one 10×10 booth. Diamond includes two. If you would like to add a 10×10, you may do so by clicking on a second booth and adding it to your cart on the floorplan page. Additional 10×10 booths are available for $3,800. Corner booths are an additional $200.
3. Add-Ons – You can add on marketing, branding, Innovation Theater sessions, and exhibitor events in this section. If you do not yet know what you would like to do for branding, you can log in at a later date and add these items, if available.
4. Register – Fill in all information requested on the application form.
5. Review cart – If you have any questions at this stage, email cosm@affinity-strategies.com.
6. Checkout – Credit cards will be charged in full. Invoices due 30 days after inital purchase.
7. Confirmation – You will receive an automated confirmation email.

Note: If COSM Management finds your product or company unsuitable to COSM 2026, your application will be denied.
