This is a high traffic, high visibility space. Ad can be linked to an external website of your choosing with analytics being provided after the ad expires. Ad specs: 300Wx250H pixels, .png or .jpg<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>GENERAL NOTES AND REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Supporting company is responsible for design of artwork.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">All ads and artwork are subject to review and approval by COSM Management.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">All initial artwork for printed branding is <strong>due by January 30, 2026. <\/strong>Any materials submitted after this date may incur a late fee.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><strong>All artwork proofs for print must be approved by March 6, 2026. <\/strong>Any late approvals may result in surcharges, which would be the responsibility of the supporting company.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Digital advertisements <strong>must be submitted by March 6, 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Fees are all inclusive unless specified.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Advertising and support opportunities are nonrefundable.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Payment is due in full at the time of application submission.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">COSM Management must review and approve all designs prior to installation and reserves the right to refuse any opportunities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Contact COSM Management for artwork specifications if not provided.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">All above opportunities can be secured within the Exhibitor Portal where you purchase your COSM 2026 booth space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exclusive opportunity!
